Email Relay System
When you message someone, they see a protected alias (like u1234@relay.lovestarts.com) instead of your real email. We
route messages securely and you can block anyone instantly. Rate
limits prevent spam (10 messages/day).
Your Rights (GDPR)
- Export: Download all your data anytime

Delete: Permanently remove everything
(completed within 30 days)

Unsubscribe: Stop marketing emails (critical
emails like introductions still sent)
- Correct: Update your profile information

Data Retention

Active accounts: Data kept as long as your
account exists

Inactive accounts: After 2 years of inactivity,
we'll email you before deletion

Deleted accounts: Data removed within 30 days
(backups within 90 days)

Messages: Retained for legal/safety reasons
(e.g., if reported) for up to 1 year
Security
We use industry-standard security:

Third Parties
We use minimal third-party services:
